Nicholas Pekearo

We note with sadness that Nicholas Pekearo, one of auxiliary officers killed last week in Greenwich Village, was a long-time employee of the Crawford Doyle bookstore on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The New York Times spoke with a number of people who knew Mr. Pekearo, including Ryan Olsen, the business manager of Crawford Doyle, for a recent article.
